McFarland "Perpetual" Natural glass 8034 - #25509
This rod has a Lemke up-locking reel seat in Bright Nickel - Spalted Maple insert in a gloss finish-natural color, not dyed; 7" FLOR grade cork grip in half-Wells design - 12mm "Milky White" AGATE stripping guide by Joe Arguello along with Snake Brand ECO plated light-weight snake guides and tip top - Guide wraps are silk - Epoxy finish protects thread work and decal areas. Each SPIGOT ferrule pair has small black alignment dots for easier assembly. Complete with a 2" black aluminum tube and rod bag. TOTAL WEIGHT: 3.3 oz.
These Perpetual Trout rods have a slightly faster action than the other McFarland glass models, but like all McFarland rods, they still have a deep bend and superior smoothness and line feel. Perpetual rods produce perfectly formed loops and have the reserve power for longer casts if needed.
